What to expect
Guest relations operates daily from seven in the morning until ten at night local time. Messages received overnight are queued for the morning team. Suite availability confirmations typically arrive within twenty-four hours; spa and dining reservations may be confirmed faster when slots remain open.
For group bookings of four suites or more, or for penthouse requests spanning multiple nights, please include full date ranges and flexibility notes — our team can often propose alternate floors with comparable views when your first choice is reserved.
